• Development of preliminary budgets

• Selection of kitchen cabinetry, appliances, flooring, lighting, finishes, and fixtures

• Selection of bathroom flooring, tile, cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and fixtures

• Flooring selections throughout the residence or commercial space

• Furniture and soft finish selections

• Assistance with paint colors and cohesive color palettes

• Custom window treatments and upholstery

• Lighting, artwork, mirrors, and accessory selections

• Office furniture, cubicles, lighting, wall art, and related items aligned with client guidelines

Our Design Process

We follow a structured four-phase approach to ensure a seamless and elevated design experience:

1. Theme Development
Establishing the overall vision, aesthetic direction, and functional objectives for the space.

2. Specification
Selecting materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the approved design concept and investment parameters.

3. Implementation
Managing sourcing, procurement, coordination, and scheduling to ensure precision and efficiency.

4. Installation
Overseeing final installation, styling, and staging to fully realize the design vision.

Throughout each phase, we maintain clear communication and thoughtful collaboration to ensure a smooth and rewarding process.

Investment

Our services are customized to suit the scope and complexity of each project.

• Hourly Rate: $225 per hour

• Minimum Retainer: $2,000 (applied toward billable hours)

• Travel Time: $55 per hour

• Flat Rates: Available upon request

All services are provided under a formal letter of agreement outlining the project scope, payment methods, and terms and conditions, ensuring clarity and transparency from the outset.

We collaborate closely with trusted architects, engineers, builders, and contractors to ensure every project progresses seamlessly and results in a beautifully executed, thoughtfully designed space that exceeds expectations.
