RESIDENTIAL REMODEL  - This once outdated 1980's bathroom was transformed into an ADA (American with Disabilities Act) compliant modern bathroom. Light and bright - floor to ceiling crisp white porcelain tiles were added to the walls. The ceiling was raised and original skylight removed to create a visually bright open space.  The original vanity and shower/tub combo was flipped and reconstructed to the opposite side of the space to improve accessability to those with physical disabilities. The original door was widened and replaced with a pocket door. The custom vanity was built to perfection and quartz countertop placed with contemporary fixtures added. An infinity drain was installed and shower designed to make easy access for wheelchairs. The added bonus of a fold down bench seat was mounted to the shower wall and toilet set perfectly to the wall also for easy access.
