My husband and I commenced our search for a professional designer in mid 2015 to remodel our home. We were looking for a designer with a strong eye for true European Contemporary design and someone who could provide us with a transparent/detailed bid for the project we were going to undertake. This proved challenging until we met Shail from Liliblue Interior Design. With her international experience, we finally found our match. Shail understands true European Contemporary design and was able to provide us with a very detailed design estimate which in turn helped us tremendously with our over all budget. 
Shail introduced us to licensed contracting companies who in turn provided us with their own estimates to bid on the remodel of our home. Once my husband and I selected a contracting company, we then commenced our 5 month remodel. Shail was instrumental from the beginning to the end. She provided us with space plans, renders, selection of sample tile, flooring, appliances, fixtures, etc.
We have only just moved into our home and it's exactly how we pictured it to be.

We were referred to Liliblue Interior Design and based off their knowledge of true contemporary design, we opted to hire them over other firms. We had a vision and Shail and her team were able to make it a reality. This project was not your standard remodel. We had a very compact/tight guest bathroom that needed to be gutted and redesigned to accommodate guests with special physical constraints. Our existing bathroom had a tub/shower combo that could not accommodate those in a wheelchair or those unable to get into or out of a bathtub. Extra design attention had to be taken into consideration for roll in accessibility to the shower, commode, tub and sink. Thanks to a great partnership with our designer and her team, we achieved all that we had envisioned. We now have a beautiful contemporary bathroom that does not look like a "handicap" bathroom.
